Tigre World: An innovating program of professional capacitation and relationship intended for hydraulic installers, sales clerks of retail stores of building materials and owners of resales of this segment. Instructors of Tigre personally interact with these types of public.
Sales Qualification Program (PQV): it capacitates the sales teams, promoting the personal and professional development of these collaborators. It is transmitted via satellite to several points of the Country and allows long-distance interaction.
Competitive Examination Building Results: it encourages reporting the most relevant experiences in the  professional area, highlighting those which add new knowledge to the collaborator, the other agents involved and Tigre itself.
